Andrea Cook

Chief Executive Officer

Andrea Cook is the founding CEO of Performance Art. With more than two decades in the industry, Andrea is a recognized visionary and change agent with a passion for combining the twin powers of tech and creativity and a wealth of expertise that spans multiple focus areas including digital, data, CX, CRM, technology, brand and design.

Before assuming the CEO role at Performance Art, Andrea co-founded and drove the global growth of the award-winning agency FCB/SIX, bringing to life her vision to transform the organization from a CRM-exclusive practice into the agency model of the future. Over the next six years, Andrea and her team grew FCB/SIX’s business 400%, amassing 20 new clients, 300+ awards and expanding into the US, Brazil, and Europe. Under Andrea’s leadership, FCB/SIX was the #1 ranked Canadian agency at Cannes in both 2018 and 2019, became Ad Age’s first ever Data & Analytics Agency of the Year, and was named Campaign US 2020 Digital Innovation Agency of the Year.

In 2021, Andrea was asked to elevate her vision to create a new independent offering inside of IPG. Building on the incredible success of FCB/SIX, Andrea moved her founding leadership team and key clients to establish Performance Art. In its first year, Performance Art has grown to 180 team members strong with offices in Toronto, New York and LA; has built out its client roster to include BMW, Lyft, Electronic Arts, Black & Abroad, SAS, Unilever, Mondelez, WWF-Canada, and Circle Financial; and won three Lions at its inaugural Cannes festival.

In 2020, Andrea was named a ‘Female Frontier’ winner by Campaign US; in 2021 she was a finalist for ‘Executive of the Year’ on AdAge’s A-List; and in 2022 she was named to Campaign’s 40 Over 40 List.
